1. Rental Requirements:

• Minimum age: 21 years (25+ for luxury or specialty vehicles)
   
• Valid driver’s license (must be active for at least 12 months)
   
• Valid credit or debit card in renter’s name
   
• Proof of auto insurance (or opt-in to our coverage)
   

2. Reservation & Payment:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking
   
• Balance due at pickup
   
• Accepted payments: Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay
   

3. Security Deposit:

• $200–$500 (depending on vehicle class) refundable after vehicle return and inspection
   
• Refunds processed within 3–5 business days
   

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions:

• No smoking or vaping ($200 fee if violated)
   
• No pets unless crated ($150 cleaning fee if violated)
   
• Vehicles may not leave the state without prior written approval
   
• No off-roading, racing, or reckless driving
   

5. Mileage and Fuel:

• Daily rental includes 150 miles/day (extra miles at $0.35 per mile)
   
• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level (refueling fee: $5/gallon + cost)
   

6. Late Returns:

• 1-hour grace period
   
• $25/hr late fee after grace period
   
• 4+ hours late = additional full-day rental charge
   

7. Cancellation Policy:

• 48+ hours before rental: Full refund
   
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
   
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund
   

8. Insurance:

• All renters must show valid insurance or purchase coverage from LAM
   
• Insurance must cover rental vehicles
   

9. Accidents & Damage:

• Notify LAM and authorities immediately
   
• Renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance
   
• A $1,000 deductible applies for uninsured damage

• Economy: $49/day
   
• Standard: $65/day
   
• SUVs: $89–$129/day
   
• Luxury & Premium: $159+/day
   
• Weekly and Monthly Discounts Available
   

Add-ons:

• Child Seats: $10/day
   
• GPS: $8/day
   
• Additional Driver: $15/day
   
• Delivery & Pickup: $25+ (location-based)
   

Driver Eligibility:

• Clean driving record required (no major violations in last 3 years)
   

Vehicle Inspection:

• Walk-around at pickup and return with photo documentation
   

Roadside Assistance:

• Included 24/7 for all rentals (towing, lockout, flat tire)
   

Q: What documents do I need to rent a car?
A: A valid driver’s license, a credit/debit card, and proof of insurance (or choose to purchase ours).

Q: Is there a mileage limit?
A: Yes, 150 miles/day are included. Additional miles are billed at $0.35 per mile.

Q: Can I return the vehicle late?
A: A 1-hour grace period is allowed. After that, late fees apply.

Q: Do I need insurance to rent?
A: Yes. You must show valid auto insurance or purchase a temporary rental policy from us.

Q: What if I get into an accident?
A: Call 911 (if needed), then contact us immediately. Your insurance will be used, or you will be responsible for costs.

Q: Can someone else drive the rental?
A: Only if they’re added as an authorized driver. Additional driver fee: $15/day.

Q: Do you deliver vehicles?
A: Yes, local delivery and pickup are available starting at $25.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No. A $200 fee will apply if smoking is detected.

Q: Can I take the car out of state?
A: Only with prior written approval.
