Q: What documents do I need to rent a car?
A: A valid driver’s license, a credit/debit card, and proof of insurance (or choose to purchase ours).
Q: Is there a mileage limit?
A: Yes, 150 miles/day are included. Additional miles are billed at $0.35 per mile.
Q: Can I return the vehicle late?
A: A 1-hour grace period is allowed. After that, late fees apply.
Q: Do I need insurance to rent?
A: Yes. You must show valid auto insurance or purchase a temporary rental policy from us.
Q: What if I get into an accident?
A: Call 911 (if needed), then contact us immediately. Your insurance will be used, or you will be responsible for costs.
Q: Can someone else drive the rental?
A: Only if they’re added as an authorized driver. Additional driver fee: $15/day.
Q: Do you deliver vehicles?
A: Yes, local delivery and pickup are available starting at $25.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No. A $200 fee will apply if smoking is detected.
Q: Can I take the car out of state?
A: Only with prior written approval.
